NB. All bookings are based and priced on accommodating 2-8 musicians & personnel between the hours of 10am-11pm. Prices may increase slightly for larger groups &/or bookings out of our normal hours of service. We do have our piano regularly tuned however if you want it tuned specifically for your session we can arrange this however it will carry an additional cost.

All sessions over 3 days require a 50% deposit at least 14 days in advance.

Terms and Conditions

Booking Online

  • On-line payments need to be made in advance of each session.
  • Bookings are not fully secured until the full balance has been paid.
  • Full balance needs to be cleared 48 hours ahead of all sessions if paid on line
  • Bookings will be cancelled If funds are not cleared by the start of the session or no alternative method of payment is found.
  • Bookings over 3 days+ in duration – require a 50% deposit paid at least 14 days in advance.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation of your booking within 7 days of the commencement date will incur a charge of 30% of the agreed deposit/fee.
  • Cancellation of your booking within 5 days of the commencement date will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed deposit/fee.
  • Cancellation of your booking within 3 days of the commencement date will incur a charge of 80% of the agreed amount/fee.
  • Cancellation of your booking within 2 days of the commencement date will incur a charge of 90% of the agreed deposit/fee.
  • Cancellation of your booking within 1 days of the commencement date will incur a charge of 100% of the agreed deposit/ fee.
  •  The above fees will not be changed on account of the Client’s failure to cancel or failure to attend for any or all of the period of the agreed booking.

Other

  • No recorded media will be supplied until the balance of any outstanding studio fees are paid.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises.
